At KINTU, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned goods must be in their original packaging and unused condition to ensure a seamless processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original KINTU boxes, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
